About KelliAnne Yates
A life across beauty,
business, and reinvention.
I began as an artist, musician, and dancer. Beauty, sales, formulation, and leadership grew from the same passion: seeing possibility and learning how to give it form.
The through line
Beauty and business
were never separate.
My foundation is business development and consultative selling. Beauty gave me another language for understanding desire.
On set, I learned to anticipate what a director wanted to see and how the camera would translate it. In business, the vision still had to arrive on time, come in under budget, retain the client, and exceed the goal. I learned to hold the instinct and the numbers in the same hand.

01Business development and consultative selling
The numbers were never backstage
Owner, spa director, senior account manager, and director of business development. I assess need, teach consultative selling, strengthen retention and service standards, and build growth that can be measured.
02Beauty and the client
The surface is never the whole story
Master Makeup Artist, former Washington Master Esthetician and medical aesthetics practitioner, now a California-Licensed Esthetician and Custom Blender. My work spans spa, film, weddings, private clients, and retail. I notice what the face, skin, camera, and client are already saying.
03Cannabinoid products
A new market required more than a new product
Ten years working with license holders, retailers, laboratories, industry organizations, regulators, and lawmakers. I develop and license cannabinoid formulations from an Esthetician's understanding of skin, not from a trend.
Formulation philosophy
Skin is evidence.
Formulate accordingly.
Where the name comes from
Everything I believe comes back to balance, proportion, and rhythm.
A lifelong musician and dancer, I also managed a record label and co-founded a recording studio. Music gave me a name for what I had been doing all along: hearing when the arrangement was wrong.
Living and working across the United States, Europe, and Asia taught me to look first and assume less. Reinvention taught me to make the adjustment when the old arrangement could no longer carry the work forward.
