As a master makeup artist, aesthetician, lifelong dancer and musician, she blends the rhythm of life into a symphony, where harmony is created by aligning the mind, body, and spirit. For her, being “well-tuned” is not merely about outward beauty but about creating inner balance, much like tuning an instrument to its most resonant tone.
Her unique life experiences encompass navigating the immense pressures of a fractured family, the demands of global business, and severe health challenges such as misdiagnosed PMDD and adenomyosis. She has shown remarkable resilience in the face of narcissistic abuse and domestic violence. As a single mother, she not only successfully raised her son but also forged an unshakable moral code, fiercely protecting what is sacred in her life and upholding those values in the face of every challenge. Her journey has also taken her into elite circles, crossing paths with moguls, celebrities and influential figures in private, high-status venues around the world. Amid these diverse and sometime turbulent experiences, she found strength in her creative passions - writing, music, and dance- learning to cultivate resilience and inner calm. Now, through The Well-Tuned Woman, she shares insights with others offering, courses, podcasts, and a blog that guide women (and the men who champion) toward self-empowerment and self-actualization.
